Precautions：
1.Good clothes require careful handling. Customers who cannot accept a failed wash must send them to a professional dry cleaner. We will not handle after-sales issues caused by failed washing.
2. If not wearing for an extended period, we recommend washing, folding, and storing in a bag. Avoid direct contact between mothproofing products and clothing.
Washing and Care Instructions:
1. Add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent, such as shampoo or cashmere detergent, to warm water at 30-35°C and soak for 10-15 minutes. Then gently pat and squeeze by hand; avoid vigorous rubbing.
2. Cashmere products should not be machine washed. Do not wring them dry forcefully. Irons should not come into direct contact with cashmere products. After shaping, lay cashmere products flat to air dry.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, located in Hemet, California. We partner with trusted international logistics providers and local carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Returns & RefundsWe accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at service@sockmere.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
